As an employee, it is common today to change jobs more frequently than it was previously, which means that employees have different occupational pensions located in paid-up policies. A paid-up means that your employer no longer pays any contributions to your pension. However, it is very important that these paid-up policies are optimally positioned in all solutions. A continuous management of occupational pensions can make a huge difference when you retire.

We assist employers in setting up occupational pensions in a way that is optimal for both company and employees. This is often quite complex, as an occupational pension includes several elements that are interesting to consider, such as age pension, survivor's waiver of premium, and disability premium. The general rule says that 35% of your income base is deductible, up to a maximum of 394,000 SEK. According to the supplementary rule, there is also the possibility of a retroactive one-time provision.
